Hooray For Korean BBQ.
Yesterday was Isabel&Jacky day :} She was down from UCLA for the weekend, so I was ecstatic to see her. I had a semi-stressful day earlier that day serving at Courtside. I have always said I was the "emergency server" for when they needed me for a couple hours, but never a scheduled day when I served for one whole shift. After one year and four months of being lead hostess, I finally got promoted to be a server. Yesterday was technically my second day. The day before, my first day, I didn't have any starting cash because no one told me I needed to bring money. So that brought some drama and stress. Bobby was scolding me left and right, which is never appreciated. On top of that, I had the crappiest tables known to man. My second day wasn't so bad, I made good money (which I gave all to my mom), even after tipping out. I could not wait to get off work and hang out with Isabel. I had to stop by Bank of America because I am in the process of transferring all my money from Washington Mutual to my new BOA account. Ugh, I can't wait til I get my black Hello Kitty credit card. Anywho, I directed Isabel to just meet me at my house and to wait for me to finish showering. When I stepped out of the shower, I found Isabel in my room and she looked adorable as always. She got these new black boots with frills on the side. I loved them. She bought them for about $10! I finished doing my make-up and getting dressed while deciding where we would go to eat. Oriental was on both our mines. She took me to this Korean Tofu house in Walnut. There was quite an amount of people in there, so we had to wait a little bit, but it was all worth it. It was delicious.
After stuffing our faces, we decided to do some therapeutic shopping. We both bought new, gorgeous boots and stopped by my work to visit Alex. This weird guy who was there when I was serving (came in around 2-3pm) was surprisingly STILL there (9-10pm). He was drunk as ever and creeping me and Isabel out. My manager told me to be careful of him, and offered to call him a cab. He yelled belligerently and declined. He followed us and was looking for us when we left. I had my security friends walk us to Isabel's car because we were scared. Later that night I thought someone was trying to break into my house, and didn't even want to joke around if it was the man from work because I was home alone. Seeing beyond-the-border drunks makes me never want to drink again. It's been two years sober for me.. maybe later on in 2009? We'll see.

I couldn't find my phone, so I called my mom to see if it was at home ... it was.

We ended our day with some late night yogurt from my other work. Haha, I think my coworkers from both jobs are tired of seeing me there off the clock, lol.
to close off,
beautiful sunset view from my backyard.

Hahaha, I love Korean BBQ so much<3
I wanna take you out to eat KBBQ, but I feel as if it'd be pointless because you probably eat that 24/7 at home
